What to Expect During the Window:
During this maintenance window, your Panora Fiber TV+ service will be disrupted intermittently. You may experience brief outages or “off and on” connectivity. Specifically:
What do you need to do?
In most cases, you won’t need to do a thing. Your service should resume automatically once the upgrade is complete. If you experience issues after 5:00 AM on the morning of the upgrade, and have tried relaunching the Panora Fiber TV+ app with no success, please call our offices, Panora – 641.755.2424 and Guthrie Center – 641.332.2000.
