Broadband Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Representative

Panora Fiber is looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy professional to join our team! In this versatile role, no two days are the same—you’ll combine high-touch customer support, consultative sales, and creative community marketing to help power our local fiber network.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide friendly, top-tier support for fiber internet services and technology.

Sales: Help residential and business subscribers find the perfect solution for their needs.

Marketing & Community: Assist with social media, local campaigns, and represent Panora Fiber at community events.

What We’re Looking For:

Adaptable, quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.

Strong communication skills with a natural flair for sales and creative marketing.

Background in customer service, tech support, telecommunications, or sales preferred.

Fiber-To-The-Home Technicians

We’re seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Fiber-to-the-Home Technicians. You’ll play a key role in bringing high-speed broadband and other advanced services to homes and businesses across Guthrie, Dallas, and Madison counties.

What You’ll Do:

Work directly with customers to install and maintain fiber-optic lines.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer connectivity issues.

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.

What You’ll Bring:

A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer and networking knowledge (preferred).

A valid driver’s license.
