Please follow these troubleshooting steps:
Determine if you have power to the outlet for the fiber power supply and router.
The internet problem may be with the app, service, or website you’re trying to access. If only one website or service is acting up, your connection is probably fine.
Sometimes one device doesn’t want to connect and another will. Can you stream on your TV, but your tablet won’t connect? Power cycle the non-working device – completely power it down and then back on.
Make sure it’s fully plugged in.
Unplug it from the power outlet, wait 75-30 seconds, then plug it back in. This often resolves the issue. If you have Managed Wi-Fi with an extender, make sure it’s plugged in.
